Daniel J. Di Matteo is a Partner at Ferraro Law. Mr. Di Matteo concentrates his legal practice on representing injured victims against manufacturers of dangerous products.
An experienced litigator, Mr. Di Matteo has briefed and argued hundreds of complex motions in court. He has taken hundreds of fact witness, expert witness, and corporate representative depositions and cross-examined numerous defense experts in trial. He has defeated dozens of motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment and obtained numerous favorable court rulings.
Mr. Di Matteo currently leads Ferraro Law’s Roundup practice, representing numerous individuals stricken with cancer as a result of their exposure to Monsanto’s flagship herbicide product, Roundup.

Prior to joining Ferraro Law in 2019, Mr. Di Matteo served as an Assistant County Attorney, where he represented government agencies as a trial attorney in personal injury and complex litigation cases. As an Assistant County Attorney, he honed his trial practice over three years of successfully trying numerous cases to verdict as lead trial counsel.
Mr. Di Matteo earned his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Florida Law Review, the highest-ranking law journal in the State of Florida, where he sharpened his legal research and writing skills. Mr. Di Matteo also spent an entire summer interning for U.S. District Judge Paul C. Huck, obtaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of federal court. He researched and briefed contested legal issues for a senior federal judge, presented recommendations, and drafted proposed judicial opinions. Mr. Di Matteo received his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Florida.
