Kevin Paul is an experienced trial attorney at Ferraro Law Firm, who has practiced in the field of asbestos litigation since 2011. He has worked as an asbestos researcher and investigator since 2005. Mr. Paul has litigated asbestos cases nationwide. He has obtained significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients and has tried numerous cases involving toxic torts and defective products in various jurisdictions. Mr. Paul served as trial counsel in Kinseth v. Weil McLain, one of the largest verdicts in the state of Iowa. He has served as trial counsel in Keene v. 3M Company, another substantial verdict in the state of South Carolina, and as trial counsel in Finch, et al v. BASF Catalysts, LLC, et al., a verdict in Greensboro, North Carolina that was one of the largest verdicts throughout the entire country in 2018. Mr. Paul has secured over $100,000,000 in total settlements since starting in 2011 and has verdicts totaling over $53,000,000.
Mr. Paul obtained his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Baltimore in Maryland cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, but he also practices regularly in many states, litigating in over 20 states since 2011.
