Isabella Espinosa is a litigation attorney at Ferraro Law, where she focuses on eDiscovery strategy and litigation support for commercial litigation, complex disputes, and multidistrict litigation (MDL). She brings a strong blend of courtroom-minded advocacy and advanced technical experience in eDiscovery, information governance, and managing high-volume, complex data matters.
Before joining Ferraro Law, Isabella served as a Senior Manager at a major legal technology consulting firm, where she oversaw global eDiscovery operations and directed discovery strategy for some of the largest MDLs and regulatory investigations in the country. Her work included supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Second Requests, class actions, whistleblower matters, employment disputes, pharmaceutical litigation, and intellectual property cases. In those roles, she managed multinational review teams across various jurisdictions and time zones, executed workflows for matters involving millions of documents and cross-border data, and ensured defensible compliance under stringent judicial and regulatory scrutiny.
Isabella’s practice spans the full discovery lifecycle, from early case assessment and preservation through collection, review, analysis, and production. She has deep experience with predictive coding, AI-assisted review, analytics, and structured production protocols. She is known for identifying risk early, bringing order to complicated data issues, and designing workflows that withstand judicial, regulatory, and adversarial review. She also excels at translating complex technical concepts into courtroom-ready strategy that strengthens case outcomes.
In addition to her discovery and litigation operations background, Isabella has experience in entertainment and media matters, including work with SAG-AFTRA, where she supported contractual matters involving performers and production companies. She also gained early litigation experience as a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm.
At Ferraro Law, Isabella leverages her combined litigation and technical background to support the firm’s commercial litigation and mass tort practices, helping teams move faster, stay organized, and position cases for success from pre-trial strategy through active litigation.
