Tyler Yagman is a litigation attorney at Ferraro Law whose practice focuses on complex litigation and class actions on behalf of individuals, institutions, and public entities. He concentrates on plaintiff-side antitrust, securities, consumer protection, and emerging technology litigation, including matters involving digital assets and blockchain. Tyler plays an active role in the firm’s Insulin Pricing Litigation, representing clients harmed by alleged pricing conspiracies between manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Yagman was an institutional fixed-income trader, specializing in mortgage-backed securities and esoteric high-yield debt instruments. He also brings unique insight to the evolving legal landscape surrounding digital finance. A trailblazer in the blockchain space, Mr. Yagman co-founded a blockchain development and mining group in 2011 and has continued to advise, speak, and publish on the intersection of blockchain, securities law, and investor protection.

Mr. Yagman has authored comment letters to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including on the accredited investor rule and custody of digital asset securities by broker-dealers. His writing was cited in the SEC’s final rule redefining accredited investor standards. He has been invited to speak on multiple panels and podcasts about blockchain regulation, tokenization, and the future of financial technology, including at the New York City Bar Association Blockchain Law Institute.

He is also a former research assistant at the Research Lab for Law, Logic & Technology, where he worked on developing AI tools to assist U.S. veterans in navigating appeals processes related to their benefits.

Mr. Yagman earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Law from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
