Mr. Debs joins Ferraro Law after building hands-on experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He has worked on cases involving motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, commercial litigation, property damage disputes, and other complex matters, gaining experience across multiple stages of the litigation process.
At Ferraro Law, Mr. Debs will build on that foundation, focusing his practice on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation, toxic torts, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and related claims.
Building Hands-On Personal Injury Litigation Experience
Mr. Debs began developing his litigation experience while attending the University of Miami School of Law, working as a law clerk at a Miami-based civil litigation firm. After earning his Juris Doctor and being admitted to The Florida Bar in 2025, he continued with the firm as an associate attorney. That foundation reflects why relevant courtroom experience matters when hiring a litigation attorney.
There, Mr. Debs handled a broad range of matters from inception through resolution. This work helped him evaluate claims and determine legal merit under the law, while also providing practical experience across the litigation process and shaping the thorough, results-oriented approach he brings to client representation.
Early in his career, Mr. Debs has contributed to meaningful results for injured clients. Before joining Ferraro Law, his work included negotiating confidential six-figure settlements in motor vehicle and premises liability matters and contributing to a seven-figure settlement for a client who sustained quadriplegic injuries in a disputed premises liability case.
Education and Commitment to Clients
Mr. Debs earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025, with a concentration in Transactional Law. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and minors in Business Administration and Event Management.
His approach to advocacy emphasizes thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and clear communication. Mr. Debs understands that clients often seek legal counsel during some of the most difficult periods of their lives and is committed to helping them understand the legal process while providing responsive, personalized representation.
Mr. Debs is a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, and Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.
