Since joining Ferraro Law in 2021, Angelica has played an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s presence in complex commercial litigation, mass torts, public entity representation, and whistleblower/qui tam actions. Her work on high-stakes matters, including the Insulin Pricing Litigation MDL, underscores her ability to navigate sophisticated litigation on a national scale while delivering meaningful results for clients.
Angelica brings a rare combination of trial experience, strategic insight, and subject-matter versatility. Prior to joining Ferraro Law, she served as Senior Counsel at an Am Law 50 firm, representing clients across the country in complex litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions. Her background spans a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, trade secrets and non-compete disputes, intellectual property, False Claims Act litigation, employment law, franchise disputes, and corporate governance issues.
Throughout her career, Angelica has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, earning a reputation as a trusted advocate capable of managing the most challenging disputes. Her courtroom experience and analytical approach have led to significant victories across industries, from healthcare and technology to hospitality, insurance, and professional sports.
Beyond her legal practice, Angelica is deeply engaged in the community through organizations such as Dade Legal Aid, the Dade County Bar Association, and the University of Miami School of Law Young Alumni Committee, and she is a graduate of Leadership Miami.
