Ferraro Law is proud to welcome Victoria Kelly as the newest member of our litigation team. A recent graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, Victoria brings with her an impressive record of advocacy, academic achievement, and service. Victoria joins our team of  litigation and trial lawyers to represent clients in a wide range of civil cases, including business litigation, real estate disputes, and complex civil lawsuits for both individuals and businesses.

Academic Excellence and Advocacy

At Ave Maria, Victoria distinguished herself as Vice President of both the Moot Court Board and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. She competed in numerous national moot court competitions, including the prestigious New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition, where she earned a perfect oral advocacy score in one of the semi-final rounds. She also participated in the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition, presenting arguments on behalf of Major League Baseball players before leading industry executives.

Her dedication to advocacy extended beyond competitions. She was a finalist in the St. Thomas More 1L Oral Advocacy Competition and earned recognition during her 3L Trial Advocacy Mock Trial. Victoria also contributed to The Gavel, Ave Maria’s moot court publication, where she wrote on emerging topics such as Artificial Intelligence Law and Election Law.

Commitment to Service

Victoria’s commitment to service is a defining aspect of her early career. She was one of nine students selected for the Ave Maria Veterans & Servicemembers Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to U.S. veterans. Her outstanding work earned her the St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Award, presented to the student with the most exceptional clinical performance.

She also interned with the 20th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, assisting clients in the Veterans and Mental Health Treatment Court of Collier County. In this role, she worked closely with defense attorneys, helping to represent clients and often acting on their behalf in court. These experiences gave her meaningful, hands-on exposure to the challenges faced by individuals navigating sensitive and complex issues.

Practical Experience

Beyond her clinical and academic work, Victoria gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Judge Joseph Tompkins in Florida’s Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and as a summer clerk at a Chicago-based plaintiff’s personal injury firm. There, she worked on cases involving medical malpractice and aviation law.

Her early contributions already include work on wrongful death litigation against Boeing and pro bono civil litigation that provided a disabled veteran’s family with a much-needed new roof.

Educational Background

Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2025, where she received a Merit Scholarship and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research. She previously graduated cum laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a minor in Spanish.

While at Syracuse, she organized the university’s Annual Charity Sports Auction from 2018 to 2020, raising funds for local charities in Upstate New York.

Looking Ahead

Victoria recently sat for the Illinois Bar Exam (July 2025) and will sit for the Florida Bar in February 2026. She now begins her professional journey at Ferraro Law, joining a team dedicated to providing clear guidance and strong representation to individuals and families facing life’s most difficult challenges.

As she embarks on this new chapter, Victoria is focused on building her litigation practice and continuing her commitment to serving clients with excellence.

Ferraro Law is proud to support Victoria Kelly as she begins her legal career and equally proud to welcome her as part of our team. Her strong foundation in trial advocacy, dedication to service, and commitment to excellence reflect the values that guide our work every day. We look forward to the meaningful contributions she will make alongside us.
