The Ferraro Law Firm is a growing firm seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Intake Clerk for its Client Intake Department. Located in the thriving city district of Brickell, FL.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1 year of customer service experience preferably dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Must be Bi-Lingual
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work autonomously while achieving team goals
• Strong typing ability and computer skills
• Must have strong aptitudes in:
• Critical Thinking
• Great Time management for workflow coordination
• Exceptional communication with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  
• Results driven
• Organized
• Extremely detail oriented to contribute to the overall productivity of the team
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office with advanced knowledge in Excel to effectively manage internal database and spreadsheets.
• Prior experience in the medical field, or knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Objectives include, but are not limited to:

• Inbound calls related to client inquiries
• Outbound calls related to client inquiries that must be completed in a 24-hour time period
• Manage internal callback logs
• Data entry of critical information into Litify
• Coordinating with Marketing department regarding campaigns and lead generation
• Assisting with clerical tasks and special projects as needed
• Conduct phone interviews to accurately qualify and reject clients
• Maintain working knowledge of Firm’s practice areas and corresponding attorney’s
• Responsible for accuracy and completion of claim distribution to increase department efficiency
• Relentless dedication to the overall progress of the claim onboarding cycle to ensure reasonable execution
