After Multiple Court Delays, Justice is Finally Served for the Jennings Family

The trial was delayed multiple times due to COVID-related court closures. However, on July 29, 2021, justice was finally served when a jury returned a $10.6 million verdict. The jury ultimately found Honeywell to be 70 percent at fault for Mr. Jenning’s death.
The jury’s resounding verdict in support of the Jennings family came after a trial in which Honeywell’s defense team, led by attorneys Joe Pevsner and Julie Friedman, argued that the asbestos present in their brakes is safe.
